YOUR ROLE
Catalyst for Transformation
Your mission is clear:
Focus on all things email marketing. Convert client email subscribers into buyers.
You'll develop and implement a multitude of sequences, campaigns and automation to both nurture and convert email leads for B2C and B2B.

DEVELOP
Develop and design Email Campaigns, Sequences and Flows with Klaviyo
WRITE
Write high-converting email copy to maximize revenue per subscriber.
TRACK AND TEST
Track and test various angles, subject lines, and ways to convert buyers through your copy and flow structures.
WRITE, MORE
Be able to write long-form copy that keeps readers engaged and emotionally invested. When we’re not selling, we’re nurturing our clients email lists.
Team Collaboration
Daily meetings sync our efforts, amplifying our collective energy and drive.

Qualifications
● You need to have experience running email marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B products through Klaviyo or a similar software.
● You need to understand automation implementation and segmentation for email marketing.
● You need to have experience writing high-converting emails with a proven track record and a strong understanding of the various goals of email marketing.
● You need to be analytical and have the ability to analyze what’s working and what needs to be improved.
● You need to have general copywriting experience and an excellent understanding of what differentiates good copy from excellent copy.
● You need to be able to learn quickly and solve problems on the go.
